LEIDAR was founded in 2009 based on a simple mission: to help leaders navigate the many issues and challenges in today’s rapidly changing world. Using high-impact communications and leadership programmes, we help our clients set new directions, identify and steer away from trouble spots and stay on course for success—whether that means evolving existing solutions or charting a fresh approach.

The company’s dynamic and diverse team ranges from young, bright consultants, to senior programme managers and strategic counsellors who stay active throughout every client initiative or programme. Each member of LEIDAR’s leadership team each has 20-30 years of experience in executive management, consultancy and coaching. This includes experience both at the board level of Fortune 50 companies and in running large international consultancies.
