Anders Skoe

Anders is an economist and an organization and strategy consultant. He runs LEIDAR leadership development, a subsidiary of LEIDAR entirely focused on training and development.
Anders has held executive positions in multinational corporations in Canada, Norway, Denmark and Switzerland in the telecom, computer and airline industries including working for Scandinavian Airlines System – (SAS) and the International Air Transport Association – (IATA).
Since starting his consulting business in Geneva in 1989, Anders has facilitated strategy seminars for 10 000 people, including business leaders all over the world. In addition to consulting for LEIDAR, he also teaches regularly at Europe’s largest business school, The Norwegian School of Management, and has written three books and several articles on leadership, strategy, group dynamics and problem solving, from a practical hands-on perspective.
Anders is a graduate of the University of Manchester, England. He has also completed graduate studies in social psychology and group dynamics at Simon Fraser University, Canada; the University of Ottawa, Canada; and the University of Southern California, United States.
Blerim Mustafa

Blerim started his career as an intern at the leading Norwegian Newspaper, Verdens Gang. He has also been an active member of the Youth Party for the ruling AUF party in Norway. He regularly takes part in a range of political activities including informal lobbying at international conferences, and participation in debates and committees at the Geneva International Model United Nations.
He holds a BA in Political Science from the University of Oslo and is currently finishing his Master of International Relations at the Geneva School of Diplomacy.
Blerim writes and speaks Norwegian, English, and Albanian fluently. He also has an intermediate knowledge of Serbian and French.
Charlie Pryor

Charlie Pryor is an experienced business-to-business communications consultant who leads LEIDAR’s London office. He believes success should be measured by our ability to maximise our clients’ sales potential by increasing awareness of, and perceived value in, their brand, products and services.
Before joining LEIDAR, Charlie founded The Wordshop, a London-based consultancy. He has worked for three of the world’s largest PR agencies, and has more than 15 years’ experience developing, managing and implementing UK, European and global campaigns for clients across a wide range of industries. However, his specialty lies in supporting technology companies, in particular in air transport, retail and telecoms.
His clients have ranged from start-ups to market contenders to market leaders, including Airbus KID-Systeme, AstraZeneca, FileVision, Marketworks, OnAir, OneAccess, SITA, The Mall, and TriaGnoSys.
Charlie has a BA honours degree in Politics from the University of Newcastle upon Tyne.
Christophe Lecureuil

Christophe is a senior communications and public affairs practitioner, with 20 years of corporate, consultancy, institutional and NGO experience at the international level. He is responsible for leading public affairs programmes at LEIDAR.
Christophe started his career at the European Parliament, and then moved on to leading public relations and public affairs consultancies in London and Brussels. In the mid-1990′s, he joined McDonald’s Corporation as their Director, Government Relations for Europe, where he was in charge of the company’s Government Relations with EU institutions, representation in trade associations, NGO engagement and support to EU markets.
In 2000, he joined public affairs and communications agency, Fleishman-Hillard, as Director Corporate, Regulatory & Trade. There he led a team of 12 consultants dealing with competition issues, advocacy and lobbying, corporate communications, stakeholder engagement and other issues for clients such as Wal-Mart, Marks & Spencer, Volkswagen, Coca-Cola and Hewlett-Packard.
Christophe then went to Yum! Brands (KFC, Pizza Hut, Taco Bell) to head International Communications and Public Affairs. Before joining LEIDAR, Christophe served as Communications Manager for The Global Alliance for Improved Nutrition (GAIN) where he was responsible for developing the organisation’s communications strategy and tools and building the brand.
Christophe is a French national who lives in Geneva and holds Master’s Degrees in Political Science and International Affairs. He sits on the Advisory Boards of EcoWorks International (http://www.ecoworksinternational.org) and of the African Press Organization (http://www.apo-opa.org).
Einar B. Strømstad

Einar has more than 20 years’ experience as a communications advisor and ten years’ as a journalist in the Norwegian media. He has worked in both public and private sectors, at strategic and operational levels, and has written for both print and online media. Today, Einar uses his broad skills in the development of strategies, business management as well as social dialogue.
Prior to joining the LEIDAR network he was, and still is, a partner, senior communications advisor and manager at the Norwegian agency Styrkr. Between 1991 and2006, Einar was an entrepreneur and advisor in one of Norway’s leading PR agencies, Itera Gazette.
Einar has worked with a broad range of organisations, including listed companies, state-owned enterprises, departments and directorates, and other organizations and associations. As a prominent consultant, he is engaged in a wide range of communications activities on strategic and conceptual levels.
Einar specialisation is the development of the dialogue between companies and society, in particular maximising the benefits a company can derive from Corporate Social Responsibility work, while ensuring the correct level of input on both the commercial and social sides. He is passionately concerned about strategies, concepts and solutions which reinforce the corporate positioning and social reputation, preferably in order to gain a competitive advantage. In addition, many leading companies in Norway call upon Einar‘s advice on annual reports.
Einar has worked for a number of international organisations, including the UN in Lebanon, Norwegian People’s Aid, Doctors Without Borders and the Peace Corp, and he is a well known speaker.
Einar is a Norwegian national, based in Oslo.
Eirik Øiestad

Managing partner and co-founder at Släger Kommunikasjon, Norway´s leading boutique PR agency. Eirik has broad experience both as an in-house communications manager and consultant for leading national, Nordic and international clients.
Former experience includes journalist at some of Norway’s leading newspapers, PR manager at Norway´s incumbent telco Telenor, where he was responsible for the B2B division, PR manager at SOS Children´s Villages and international projects manager at Weber Shandwick Europe.
Gordon Moultrie

Gordon contributes to the overall strategic direction and business development of the group. A seasoned international leadership coach and communications executive, Gordon began his communications and marketing career with Ogilvy, Benson and Mather following a brief period in which he was employed as a journalist.
He has worked in several industries, collaborating with worldwide aerospace leader Westland Helicopters limited; engineering and industrial gases company BOC limited; and Computervision inc in UK and Europe. Gordon worked for a decade with Digital Equipment Corporation, first as VP Communications for Europe based in Geneva, Switzerland and later as VP Communications and Marketing, Digital Worldwide Services based in Boston, USA.
He returned to Europe in 1998 joining EDS to lead communications and marketing in EMEA. Since 2003 he has been running his own consultancy focusing on strategy and search engagements, a business he now has taken with him into Leidar. He is Vice-chairman of the London-based Orchestra of St John’s (OSJ), one of the UK’s leading international orchestras.
Ingrid Helsingen Warner

Ingrid manages LEIDAR’s Global Press Office and runs international communications programmes with a special focus on sustainability and agricultural initiatives. A Norwegian-American, she works across communications disciplines in areas such as international media relations traditional and social media relations, issues monitoring, content development and event management.
Previously, Ingrid was a consultant with Weber Shandwick Switzerland, where she worked with global clients in the energy, technology and healthcare sectors. During this time, she was seconded to StatoilHydro to serve as the company’s communications manager, Africa and Latin America. In this role, she managed seven communication managers on two continents and advised the region’s management team on all aspects of communications, while supporting media relations, internal communications and brand management.
Ingrid holds a BA in Politics and International Studies from Warwick University, UK. She is the Warwick University Alumni representative in Switzerland and is learning Arabic.
Kristin Nilseng

Kristin is LEIDAR’s international office manager and logistics coordinator and our resident expert in web design. A Norwegian national, she has lived in Switzerland since 1991, where she has held roles as Office Manager and Personal Assistant to the CEO of Weber Shandwick, a leading public relations firm; and helped manage the administrative, commercial and diplomatic services of the Norwegian Consulate in Lausanne.
Prior to this, she spent 16 years with Tecnochem, a international liquid processing chemicals producer, where she gained significant experience in global logistics, sales and marketing, customer care programs, ISO quality systems, business development and web design.
Before settling in Switzerland, Kristin lived, studied and worked for several years in Australia, Spain, Greece and France and served as a consultant for Swiss Télévison Suisse Romande during the winter Olympics in Lillehammer. She holds a MA in international marketing from Oslo, Grenoble and Nantes, and works in English, French, German, Italian, Norwegian and Spanish.
Lukasz M. Bochenek

Lukasz is LEIDAR’s in-house research specialist and trend analyst and our resident expert on social media and new communications technology. In addition to his role at LEIDAR, he is a PhD candidate in management studies at the University of Neuchâtel, Switzerland, where he is working on a thesis about the role of corporate social responsibility in corporate communications strategies.
Lukasz started his career in the Warsaw offices of McCann Erickson where he worked on the General Motors and Microsoft accounts. He has also completed various research projects for organizations including as Polkomtel, the University of Warsaw and the European Broadcasting Union.
Lukasz regularly participates in international conferences in France, Switzerland and Canada and publishes articles in scientific journals. He writes and speaks English, French and Polish and has intermediate knowledge of Italian.
Lutz Meyer

Lutz specializes in developing and managing global communications strategies and programmes for both corporate clients and government institutions. He is responsible for leading international communications programmes at LEIDAR.
A German national, who has lived and worked in Germany, as well as Dubai and Nicosia and operated from London, Brussels and Singapore, Lutz has spent most of his 30+ year career in agency management and client service positions for leading international public relations consultancies.
Previously, he spent 25 years in senior management positions at Weber Shandwick, the world’s leading public relations agency. Most recently he was President of International Operations for the firm, heading up all Weber Shandwick operations outside the United Sates, and working on multi-client and multi-disciplinary programmes for clients including Siemens Mobile, Invesco Europe, Nespresso and Unilever.
Lutz has also held various senior management positions with Action Global Communications, an independent public relations consultancy that focuses on the world’s most promising and emerging markets. At Action, Lutz was initially responsible for the company’s operations and client service in the Middle East and then became the company’s General Manager, working with clients such as BMW, Mini and Rolls Royce, British Airways and First Gulf Bank.
Currently Lutz directs and manages one of the largest EC-funded communication projects: The ENPI Information and Communications support programme. This involves planning and implementing public relations strategies in the 16 EU Neighbourhood countries (Morocco, Tunisia, Algeria, Syria, Jordan, Lebanon, Palestine, Egypt, Israel, Ukraine, Russia, Moldova, Belarus, Georgia, Armenia, Azerbaijan).
Rolf Olsen, CEO

Rolf Olsen is the CEO of LEIDAR and a seasoned executive trainer and global communications strategist. Over the last 10 years, he has worked primarily on long-term communications consulting engagements with clients such as Siemens, Nestle, Statoil, Telenor, Yara, Honeywell and MasterCard.
During his more than 30-year career, Rolf has been part of the global management team at both leading agencies and Fortune 50 corporations—roles which have provided him with unique senior international experience in communications management, executive coaching and crisis management.
Before launching LEIDAR, he was CEO, Continental Europe for Weber Shandwick, the world’s leading public relations company, where he led a team of 1,000+ professionals and managed subsidiaries in Continental Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
Prior to that, Rolf was vice president of corporate marketing, communications and public affairs for Motorola, with responsibility for EMEA. Before joining Motorola, he spent 13 years at Digital Equipment Corporation where he managed all aspects of communications at local, regional and global levels. He developed broad level senior management experience early on as member of the European Management Boards both at Digital and Motorola.
Rolf enjoys working with C-level executives and serving as a trusted partner to Chief Communications Officers at large corporations. Today he also lectures regularly as part of various executive programmes at the Graduate Institute in Geneva and he sits on the Advisory Committee at the Management of Technology and Entrepreneurship Institute at EPFL in Lausanne. He is also a board member at Global Environmental Services and sits on the advisory boards of several start-ups.
Trond Harstad

Trond is a senior finance professional with extensive international experience in both line management, consulting and project management roles. He is responsible for the financial and administrative department at LEIDAR and is available to clients for complex project management and consultancy.
Prior to joining LEIDAR, Trond operated as an independent project manager and consultant for 10 years, implementing finance shared services and rolling out financial applications worldwide. His clients have included Reuters, Ernst & Young, Informa and SONY Pictures Entertainment.
Before becoming a consultant, he worked for 20 years at a number of large multinationals such as Shell, Digital and Reuters. He has held various finance and general management positions at local, regional as well as corporate level, and has been based in Zurich, Dublin and Geneva.
Trond is a graduate of the University of Fribourg (Lic rer pol), and a qualified Project Manager Professional from the Project Management Institute.
