Andrei is a communications professional with several years of experience both in the public sector and the private sector. He earned a graduate degree in history and international relations from the University of Groningen, The Netherlands, and was the recipient of the first EU-JAMM scholarship, through which he earned a second graduate degree, in public policy, from Osaka University, Japan. He has worked in communications in two diplomatic missions in Romania, assisting with media outreach, stakeholder engagement, and digital communications. Andrei also coordinated digital communications for a political tech start-up based in Geneva, named GovFaces. He is a self-described ‘political nerd’ and has used that to his advantage in supporting clients in telecommunications, food, transport, and more.
