As Managing Director of Leidar Brussels (formerly Aspect Consulting), Sylvie has significant experience in corporate and public affairs communications (both in-house and agency),and has spent 15 years bringing creative strategic thinking to a host of Fortune 500 companies seeking pan-European visibility and reputation building campaigns. Sylvie has led the creation and execution of high-profile media and communications strategies including strategic coalition and partnership development, helping companies, trade organisations and foundations address key global socio-economic issues. Recent work includes EU engagement and SDG related advocacy programmes for the World Innovation Summit for Education (WISE), The Ocean Cleanup, and the Breakfast is Best coalition. Sylvie directs and manages thought leadership campaigns, profiling business and civil society innovators, enabling their contributions to the EUs policy agendas. Her work also includes brand repositioning and communications strategies for the likes of FoodDrinkEurope, Medicines for Europe, ESSA (EU Sports Betting Association), Corbion, and the International Sweeteners Association. Prior to her time in Brussels, Sylvie started her career in London at the International Herald Tribune and later for Trademark Design, a branding and communications consultancy in London, where she managed international accounts such as Sony Ericsson and Sasol.
