Supporting sales record for housing project
Challenge: When the housing project Kronenga in Lørenskog remained unsold, we were invited to rebrand the project. With an astounding 60% of the apartments sold on the first housing meeting, Thurmannsskogen set a new sales record.
Implementation: Together with the client we started by renaming the project after one of Lørenskog’s ancestors. We built a story around values that are threatened by the modern society: Thurmannsskogen is about good neighbourliness. About predictability. About time moving slowly, barbeques and beers. About nature and blueberry bushes. The campaign uses all platforms; from film, prospectus and target buyer, to a display center in actual size with a westward-facing balcony.
